* Description *

For those who use Xcode 5 or 6 to develop Mac applications, its not a secret that Xcode combines a non-Retina image and a Retina image (@2x) into a tiff file. Thats what you see if you explore an application package. Xcode will create a tiff container file even when you have a non-Retina and a Retina image in JPEG.

tiffPack is a desktop application that lets you batch-create TIFF packages. An advantage of using tiffPack is that itll take this application Retina images (72 dpi x 72 dpi) only to create TIFF containers.


* Features *

1. Batch-create TIFF packages out of Retina image files. Non-Retina images are not required.
2. The application supports the fullscreen mode.
3. The application supports the retina screen. (tested with 2014 2.6 GHz 13" MacBook Pro)
4. Languages: English and Japanese only.
5. Application file size: 11.0 MB.
6. The application comes with a complete users guide written in English. (Choose Help > Users Guide.)
7. The application comes with a 8-page introduction window, giving the user a quick tour over how it works.

* Limitations *

1. A source image must have even numbers of pixels.
2. The name of a source image file must not contain the high-resolution mark (@2x, @3x).
3. The resolutions of a source image must be exactly 72.0 dpi x 72.0 dpi.
4. A tiff file as a source image must not be a container with multiple images.
